In my time as a D1 high school and collegiate athlete, athletic trainers and massage therapists were incredibly helpful to me. This is one of the reasons I became an LMT, obtaining my license in 2020. I spent the first several years of my career in a clinical setting at a chiropractic office, where I trained under an LMT who is now on staff for the Denver Broncos, and also benefitted from sharing patients and perspectives with chiropractic and acupuncture providers. Our specialties were auto accidents and other injuries, prenatal/postpartum/pediatric, and athletes from weekend warriors to current and former professionals. I also worked on professional athletes at events such as USGA tournaments and CrossFit competitions. I was brought back to my massage school as a guest educator in 2022. And in 2024, I left the clinic to devote more time to my private practice. I specialize in deep tissue, neuromuscular and trigger point therapy, ART, and IASTM such as cupping and Gua Sha. I have certifications in prenatal/postpartum care, trigger points, and am a FAKTR provider.
