Tuned Messaging Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: March 15th, 2026

1. Overview

Tuned (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a platform that enables massage therapists and wellness providers to manage appointments and communicate with their clients. As part of this service, Tuned may send SMS (text) messages to clients on behalf of providers regarding appointments and related transactions.

By providing your phone number through the Tuned platform, you agree to receive SMS messages in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Types of Messages

By opting in, you may receive transactional SMS messages including, but not limited to:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Appointment reminders
  • Appointment updates or changes
  • Payment requests and secure payment links
  • Payment confirmations and receipts

These messages are directly related to services you have requested or appointments scheduled with a provider using Tuned.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the provider and the number of appointments scheduled. Typically, you may receive 1–5 messages per appointment.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Tuned is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

5. Opt-In Consent

You provide consent to receive SMS messages by:

  • Entering your phone number during appointment booking on the Tuned platform, or
  • Providing your phone number directly to a provider who uses Tuned to schedule services on your behalf

At the time of providing your phone number, you are informed that you will receive SMS messages related to your appointments and transactions.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:

STOP

After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Tuned unless you opt in again.

7. Re-Opt-In

If you previously opted out, you may opt back in at any time by replying:

START or YES

9. Privacy

By using the Tuned platform and providing your phone number, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number and that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or guardian.
